Prairie Creek Family Medicine
Annie Jeffrey Health Center has an attached clinic facility that emphasizes Primary Care and Family Medicine. The providers and staff provide comprehensive health care for the entire family. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, with evening and Saturday appointments available. There are also clinics available in Shelby and Stromsburg for your convenience.
